OUR TERMS AND CONDITIONS
MM Lawyers Marketing LLC is a California registered company that specifically does Marketing for Attorneys. Therefore we do consulting with Megan Zavieh, ethics attorney in California.
- MM Lawyers Marketing is in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations required to do advertisements for law offices in California.
- We do individual marketing for each law office. We do not do group advertisements. If you pay us for marketing, MM Lawyers Marketing only does your ads, your ads are posted and managed separately from other law offices.
- Your ads are created considering all the ethics laws for advertising practices in California: We only post ads on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and Google. We do not do soliciting and all our ads are clear and non decisive. We do not make promises, and our ads are non-intrusive, non-coercive and not harassing to the clients. If we do a video for your ads, each video has a disclosure that says “the speaker in this video is not an attorney."
- When we create an ad, attorneys have to approve the information posted and we always include the picture of the attorney, the address and contact information so that the clients that see the ads know the name of the attorney that paid for the ad.
- Every ad has a disclosure that tells the client: “This is not legal advice. Please be aware that every case is different. If you are injured, please look for your own attorney to represent you so that he can do a specific strategy for your particular case, this ad does not guarantee that you will be represented by the attorney.”
- If MM Lawyers Marketing has contact with the attorney's clients, our staff makes it very clear that they are not attorneys and they are not allowed to provide any legal advice.
- The Attorney that paid for the marketing is the only person that makes the decision to represent clients or not.
- Attorney's payments made to MM Lawyers Marketing are month to month. Attorneys can cancel or pause our marketing services whenever is convenient for them.
